This Privacy Policy explains how Prometheus Technologies AS collects and uses personal information submitted through the Prometheus website.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Prometheus Technologies AS is the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

2. Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, request a demonstration, submit a partnership enquiry or request the investor deck, we may collect:

• your name and email address;
• your country and audience category, where relevant;
• your company, investment firm or organisation;
• a LinkedIn profile or website you provide;
• your message, preferred location or other information you choose to provide;
• the version of the investor deck supplied to you;
• basic technical and security data needed to operate and protect the website.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in a form or message.

3. Why we use it

We use the information to respond to your request; provide requested documents; manage the waitlist and relevant updates; evaluate demonstration, partnership and investment interest; communicate about a potential investment or commercial relationship; and maintain the security and lawful operation of the website.

4. Legal basis

We process information when necessary to respond to your request and take steps towards a possible investment, partnership or other agreement. Where appropriate, we also rely on consent or our legitimate interests in communicating with people who have asked to hear from Prometheus. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

5. Storage and service providers

Form submissions are stored using the website hosting infrastructure used by Prometheus. Reputable service providers may process data only to provide hosting, storage, security or communication services for us. Information may be processed outside Norway or the EEA where appropriate legal safeguards are in place.

6. Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to manage your request, the waitlist, demonstrations or a potential partnership. We periodically review records and delete information no longer needed. You can request deletion at any time.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only to service providers acting for us, when necessary to handle your request, or where required by law.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact contact@prometheusresonance.com. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

9. Cookies and external links

This site does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking. Essential technical storage may be used for security or website functionality. External websites have their own privacy practices.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the website and Prometheus services develop. The current version and update date will be published here.
