These Terms govern your use of the Prometheus website operated by Prometheus Technologies AS. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Prometheus

Prometheus is a resonance-system concept currently in development. Website images, specifications, functions, availability and production details are preliminary and may change.

2. No sale, reservation or guarantee

Joining the waitlist, requesting a demonstration or sending a partnership enquiry does not create a purchase, reservation, investment, agency or other binding agreement. It does not guarantee a demonstration, product, launch date, price or availability. Any later commercial arrangement will require separate terms.

3. Wellness information—not medical advice

Prometheus is not currently presented as a medical device and this website does not provide medical advice. It does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Personal experiences are individual reports and do not guarantee similar results. Seek qualified medical advice for health concerns and do not delay or replace prescribed treatment based on website content.

4. Demonstrations

Demonstrations are subject to availability, location, suitability and safety instructions provided at the time. Participation is voluntary. Additional demonstration conditions or consent information may apply before a session.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the website unlawfully; submit false or harmful information; disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or its data; commercially copy substantial site content without permission; or misrepresent an affiliation with Prometheus Technologies AS.

6. Intellectual property

The Prometheus name, website design, text, imagery, product concepts and related materials are owned by or licensed to Prometheus Technologies AS and protected by applicable law. “Patent pending” means a patent application has been filed; it does not mean a patent has been granted.

7. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or remove content or functions. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that preliminary information will remain current.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Prometheus Technologies AS is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on preliminary website information or site interruption. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information submitted through the website.

10. Governing law and contact
